Bold and Blue!
The brief for this home was to open up the rear of the house and create an open plan living and entertainment area. There was an existing in-ground pool and rear lane access. Initially the home was dark and pokey with small rooms, an outside toilet and no link to the backyard what so ever.
The interior was completely re-worked putting the bedrooms at the front of the house and bringing the open plan kitchen, dining and living to the rear. A laundry was incorporated into a cupboard in the kitchen. The interior colours flowed out to the rear garden doubling the living space with the beautiful paved courtyard. A glass fence for the pool helped to retain the spacious look.
